Choose the training style that fits your athlete best. From group skill work to private one-on-one development, every session is built to make players faster, smarter, and more confident on the field.

Windsor Sports Commons Groups
Group sessions at Windsor Sports Commons are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6:00 to 7:45 PM. Boys and girls train separately in faceoff, goalie, agility, and field skills. Sessions are fast-paced with focused instruction and high reps.

Private Training – We Come to You
Get personalized lacrosse training for individuals or small groups on your schedule, at your location. We travel to you and tailor each session to the athlete’s needs, covering skills, speed, and game IQ with focused coaching and high rep work. We also run privates at Windsor Sports Commons.
