Elite Personal Youth Boys & Girls Lacrosse Training

We Build Self-Coached, Self-Driven Athletes
At XFactor Lacrosse, we don’t just teach skills, we teach athletes how to coach themselves. Real growth happens when players understand the why behind every rep and every correction.
We build thinkers, leaders, and self-driven athletes who learn to enjoy putting in work on their own.
And parents? They’re not just watching, they’re learning too. We teach them alongside their kids to build a shared path to progress.
What We Offer
Structured Sessions. Personal Attention. Real Results.
We run public training sessions every Monday and Friday for boys and girls 12 and under.
DeForest sessions at Windsor Sports Commons
Oconomowoc sessions launching soon
Each session is high-energy, focused, and designed to build real skills that stick.
Need more individual attention?
We offer private and small group training as well — just contact Coach Devon to schedule.
Growth and Communication
After every session, our coaches leave personal notes for each player. Players get direct feedback on what they are doing well and what to work on. Parents see the same notes, so everyone stays aligned and moving forward together.

Targeted Development
Inside each Player Profile, parents can select specific skills they want their child to develop. Our coaches use that input to guide what we teach and how we teach it. Whether it is shooting form, footwork, or confidence with the ball, every player gets attention where it counts.

Practice Plans
Nothing we do is random. Every XFactor session follows a structured plan designed to build specific skills step by step. We share these plans with parents so you can see exactly what your athlete worked on, what drills were used, and what the goals were. This creates trust, consistency, and a clear path forward, on and off the field.

Pick a Time. Reserve Your Spot. Show Up Ready.
Our Available Sessions page makes it easy to stay consistent. Browse upcoming training, choose the right session, and sign up with one click. Each listing shows the age group, location, and focus so parents can plan with confidence. Use XCash credits to save your spot and keep your athlete locked in all season. Training should fit your schedule, not the other way around.

Save Money. Stay Consistent. Train on Your Terms.
XCash is our flexible credit system that helps families save while staying fully locked in.
Instead of paying $35 per session, you can buy credits in bulk:
$90 bundle = about $30 per session
$180 bundle = about $28 per session
$300 bundle = as low as $25 per session
Credits never expire and can be used for any player on your account.
It’s the easiest way to plan ahead, save money, and make sure your athlete never misses a step.
