Here are the things families ask most before their first evaluation.

What exactly is XFactor Academy?

XFactor Academy connects your athlete’s goals, coaching, training, feedback, and progress into one personalized development plan. It is built to work around the lacrosse and other sports your athlete already plays rather than replace them.

What happens during the free evaluation?

We spend about 45 minutes learning what your athlete wants to improve, evaluating where they are now, and identifying what deserves attention next. You leave with a clearer picture of their current development priorities and what we would recommend as the next step.

Is the evaluation really free?

Yes. There is no payment required and no obligation to enroll afterward. The evaluation is simply the best way for us to understand your athlete before recommending anything.

Does XFactor replace our club or school team?

No. XFactor is built around the lacrosse your athlete already plays. School teams, club programs, private coaching, tournaments, other sports, and independent work can all contribute to the same development picture. Keep the teams. Keep the coaches. Make the experiences work together.

What does XFactor Academy cost?

Enrollment includes the connected development system and member benefits. In person training can be booked separately at applicable member rates so families can choose how much additional coaching fits their athlete and schedule.

What ages and locations do you work with?

XFactor works with athletes ages 8 through 18. In person training is currently available in Wisconsin. Specific training locations and session availability can vary, so we help families find the best available option for their athlete.

What if we do not know what our athlete needs to work on?

That is exactly what the free evaluation is for. Your athlete does not need to arrive with a development plan. We start with their goals, evaluate where they are now, and help identify what deserves attention next.
